    Please note that any documentation provided by hosts is never published on Homevilas.com. If you provide any of your documentation, we will put it with our self as a record. So in case if needed for security purpose, it will be mention with your approval. This storage fulfils with the safe harbor regulations. All documents are encrypted, and are only accessible with private tokens dynamically generated.

    4. Complete your booking

    5. You can complete your booking online instantly. Click on the ‘Book Now’ button in the notification email we send you. Fill in your details and pay the booking deposit online to secure the online booking.

    6. You’ll receive a confirmation email, booking voucher and invoice after you complete the deposit payment process. It will include the exact address and directions to the Homevilas and your host’s email address as well as his/her phone number.

    7. You'll be required to pay a complete online payment to confirm your booking immediately.

    8. You can pay this by Visa, Master card, American Express, Maestro or PayPal.

    9. Click ‘Contact Host' to send them a secure message through our messaging system to check if they are available to host you on your specific dates of travel.

    10. By clicking 'Send Message', your request and message will be sent immediately to the host you have chosen and you need to await their email reply if they are available for your chosen dates.

    11. In case, when the host cancels your booking, we will refund your deposit paid online.
