Homevilas.com cancellation policy is user friendly policy, provided by host to their guest. You can cancel a booking according to yourself or in case of any emergency. If you cancel your online homestay booking within 24 hours, you will be refundable the whole amount paid when booked the property from Homevilas.com. As per the terms and conditions you must be agree before booking your property. The online deposit that you paid as part of your booking will be refundable/non-refundable accordingly.
In exceptional conditions we will consider a repayment of this deposit. This is completely at the preference of Homevilas.com. To cancel a booking, you have to inform us by contacting or sending us a mail at email@example.com.
You select one of three standard cancellation policies:
Flexible: Full refund 24 hours prior to arrival.
Moderate: Refund will be as per below mentioned slabs:
• 10% cancellation fees applicable to 24 hours prior to check-in.
• 50% cancellation fees applicable to 12 hours prior to check-in
• 75% cancellation fees applicable to 6 hours prior to check-in
• 100% cancellation fees applicable to less than 6 hours prior to check
Strict: You will not be refunded, once booking confirmed.
Points to Remember
- If there is objection/complaint from even party, notice must be given to Homevilas within 24 hours of check in.
- Homevilas will facilitate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.
- When the guest click on the cancel button, a reservation will be officially canceled.
- Cancellation policies can be outdated by the guest refund policy, canceled by Homevilas or justifying situations for any other reason allowed under the exceptional terms & conditions.
Cancellation & refund Policy
- Transaction fees charged would not be refunded/ reversed for any refund or reversal of any transaction.
- Transaction fees charged would be borne by cardholder for any payment.
