Cancellation Policy cancellation policy is user friendly policy, provided by host to their guest. You can cancel a booking according to yourself or in case of any emergency. You select one of three standard cancellation policies: 

Flexible: Full refund 24 hours prior to arrival. 

Moderate: Refund will be as per below mentioned slabs:

• 10% cancellation fees applicable to 24 hours prior to check-in.

• 50% cancellation fees applicable to 12 hours prior to check-in

• 75% cancellation fees applicable to 6 hours prior to check-in

• 100% cancellation fees applicable to less than 6 hours prior to check

Strict: You will not be refunded, once booking confirmed.

Points to Remember

  • If there is objection/complaint from even party, notice must be given to Homevilas within 24 hours of check in.
  • Homevilas will facilitate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.
  • When the guest click on the cancel button, a reservation will be officially canceled.
  • Cancellation policies can be outdated by the guest refund policy, canceled by Homevilas or justifying situations for any other reason allowed under the exceptional terms & conditions.
