You need to check the verification documents to know who the guest is and from where he/she belongs. To verify the every guest through documents is necessary for the concern of security. If you find any hustle, you can straight away ask them to send the identification verification to get them verified. Before the guest arrive at your property, it is a two way mandatory procedure, which needs to be done on priority basis. If a guest has not submitted one, you can insist on it.

The advantage of getting registered with us is the marketplace fee we take, which is only the 10% of your total booking cost excluding the charge tax price. You will be provided the facility to change your property information anytime. Be it any occasion, you can increase or decrease the price range of different types of rooms accordingly. Moderate:Refund will be as per below mentioned slabs:
• 10% cancellation fees applicable to 24 hours prior to check-in.
• 50% cancellation fees applicable to 12 hours prior to check-in
• 75% cancellation fees applicable to 6 hours prior to check-in
• 100% cancellation fees applicable to less than 6 hours prior to check-in
